We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Refine Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate will share our passion for promoting health and wellness and possess excellent patient care skills. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and contributing to the success of our clinic.

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations

- Prescribe compounded medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients

- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate

- Provide patient education and counseling on weight loss, nutrition, and wellness strategies

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) system

- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all patient interactions

Qualifications:

- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Minnesota- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC)

- Previous experience in primary care, weight loss management, or wellness promotion preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skill

- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
